• Dave put the air conditioner in today! Two nights ago, it was 86 degrees in the house. Right now, it is a lovely 77 degrees. It feels like a vacation. We won't use it all the time, just when it is over 90 like it will be all weekend.
  
• After the swim banquet today, I was driving home when I noticed something strange. My car odometer, speedometer, thermometer, fuel gauge and RPM gauge were not working. I haven't figured out what the problem is yet, but it definitely is strange to drive without knowing how fast you are going.
  

Diving Marathon

This week is the week of championships for summer diving. I have been at dive meets for the past two days from 12:30 until 7:00 p.m.! Diving is getting incredibly competitive in the area here, with over 90 competitors in each age group.

It has been hard for my team to have fun this week. They are all beginners, and are comparing themselves to boys and girls who have been diving for years already. It has been hard for the coach, too...

Getting Started...

I have enjoyed reading blogs that my cousins have written... so here goes! I'll try to be as interesting as they are.

Sandy proposed an amendment that there shouldn't be Back to School sales until August 15. I would also propose no Christmas sales until the day after Thanksgiving!
